Damn it. 7 weeks later, this is how far I have gotten.... Seems like a huge gap to fill in. Strange since I can do so much with it. Hmmmmm.... maybe I am doing TOO much....

  • Ummmmm.... Linda?
What is the explanation for why the proximal part of the humerus doesn't look to be lined up with the distal part? It looks like something is out of place pretty radically to my untrained eye.

  • Ummmmmmm.... because I BROKE IT....

  • Yes Dear, I can see that.
But what I'm also seeing is a part of your humerus that seems to be overlapping and has an edge that seems to be hanging out in space instead of being aligned where it could fill in with bone as it heals.
Just wondering..... and sending you well wishes.
    Stay calm.
    Hugs......

  • Hi Linda - saw the note about doing TOO much.
Bob, my bud who broke both his arms in March, went for his 3 month dr appt, expecting a return to work notice. They saw 2 screws in his right arm had loosened since the two month Xray. no idea how, or any recollection of an incident that must've done it. He got a full cast, armpit to thumb.
Don't mean to be a downer; just want you to be careful and stay within whatever limits the Dr and PT give you. Gotta get you back in shape in good time. We care. Marty
